Automatic or manual licence

Often the question is asked about what type of drivers licence is the best one to get. Automatic or manual licence.

Should it be a manual licence so you can drive both a manual and an automatic car, or should you just get an automatic licence and be limited to only driving an automatic car?

The answer is simple. It’s up to you. The reality is that some people will always have a problem with a manual car. It’s far more important and safer to be comfortable in the car you are driving. So if an automatic licence is what you feel you need and it appeals to you more then that’s what you should get.

Driving a manual is more difficult and let’s face it, these days most cars are automatic anyway.
